6. Woodlands Partnership Grant FY24: Town Council estimates it will cost $1,000 for deed searches. Guntlow estimates $3,000 for resurveying, designating a plot for the town, and a new plot map for Piotr. Holding $1,000 for contingencies, there will be $17,000 left to make the parking area. Katherine from KP Law needs clarification on the plots. Ken will call her. The land can be gifted to the Conservation Commission and town meeting will not be necessary.
